Gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan projenin çevresel etki değerlendirmesinin yapılması için; başvuru, inşaat öncesi,inşaat,işletme ve işletme sonrası çalışmaları kapsayan süreçtir.
Çevre Kanununa dayanılarak 29.07.2022 tarih ve 31907 sayılı Resmi Gazetede “Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi Yönetmeliği” yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir.
