Ural Çevre, uzman ve tecrübeli mühendis kadrosuyla tehlikeli maddeler bulunduran sanayi tesislerine “BEKRA Güvenlik Raporları” hazırlamaktadır .
BEKRA Güvenlik Raporları Kanuni Zorunluluk
Çevre Kanunu ve İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanununa dayanılarak 02.03.2019 tarih ve 30702 sayılı Resmi Gazetede “Büyük Endüstriyel Kazaların Önlenmesi ve Etkilerin Azaltılması Hakkında Yönetmelik” yürürlüğe girmiştir.
Söz konusu yönetmeliğin Ek-1 Bölüm 1 ve Bölüm 2’sinde belirtilen sınır değerlere eşit veya üzerinden tehlikeli madde bulunduran alt ve üst seviyeli sanayi tesislerinin BEKRA Güvenlik Raporları hazırlatmakla yükümlüdürler.
